Delivery time in the Nordic countries in 3-5 working days, continental Europe and UK in 3-7 working days, destinations outside of Europe in 6-14 working days. With Priority parcel delivery You can follow the progress of your parcel using electronic Track & Trace.
All delivery prices are irrelevant of parcel weight. If Priority delivery is chosen, the Track & Trace code will be emailed as soon as the parcel is mailed from Kuovi’s packing department.

The Customer must be over 18 years of age in order to be eligible to place an order in the Kuovi online shop, and must have a permanent delivery address within the delivery zone of Kuovi online shop. The Customer must accept these Terms and Conditions prior to placing the order in the online shop. By accepting these Terms and Conditions the Customer adheres to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
The products are ordered in the online shop by adding the desired product(s) in the cart and making the payment (see Payment Methods). We will not accept orders made by phone or email. Informing Kuovi a valid email address is a prerequisite for placing an order in the online shop.
The minimum order of fabrics is one (1) meter. For some fabrics, due to the design and print of the fabric, the minimum order is three (3) meters. This is mentioned with the fabric details when applicable.
All products are made to order and the normal delivery time is 2-4 weeks. Please inquire more specific delivery times from Kuovi’s customer service.

Kuovi Ltd.’s return and exchange policy is summarized here. The Customer has the statutory return rights according to the Finnish Consumer Act when the purchase was made via distance selling (by telephone, mail order, online store or TV shopping), in which case the consumer is granted a 14-day cancellation right by law. The cancellation right does not apply to products made to measure according to the Customer’s wishes. The cancellation right applies to damaged products or flawed shipment.
We will accept returns and exchanges for items that meet the return criteria. In such a case we kindly ask the Customer to return the product(s) in question to the nearest postal office or SmartPOST parcel point. All returns and exchanges must include the Return Form. The Customer must hold on to the receipt of the returned parcel until Kuovi Ltd. has confirmed it has received the returned parcel.
The Return form includes filling instructions. An incomplete Return Form may cause delay or hinder handling of the return.
We will credit the full amount and pay the refund without any delay, latest in 14 days after the return has been received. Refund will be made to your bank or credit card account which you used in the purchase. We will send a return confirmation email once the return is complete.

Kuovi Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the order made by the Customer should Kuovi Ltd. be unable to deliver the product in question due to reasons beyond its control. These reasons include e.g. technical issues in production, faults in service of subcontractors or force majeure cases of fire and natural disaster.
Kuovi Ltd. is not responsible for errors that may appear in the product descriptions or pictures on the website. Kuovi Ltd. aims to describe and photograph the products with great accuracy, however the actual colours may vary slightly from the pictures on the website due to e.g. the differences in web browsers or display color settings.
Kuovi Ltd. is not responsible for delivery delays that are caused by reasons beyond its control such being e.g. war, flooding, fire, strike, labour dispute or lockout, uprising or agitation, vandalism, governmental or public action, or any other incident alike.
