Delivery prices are the same regardless of parcel weight. Delivery time to the Nordic countries is 3-5 working days, to continental Europe and UK 3-7 working days and destinations outside of Europe 6-14 working days. The delivery service includes a tracking code.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
All prices include Finland's standard value added tax of 24%. Orders to outside of the European Union (EU) are tax free and therefore the value added tax is automatically deducted after you have given the shipping address during checkout. The final total price of the order is shown in checkout review before payment.
Terms of Contract
1. General Terms
The Customer must be over 18 years of age and must have a permanent delivery address within a shipping zone mentioned in above Shipping Options in order to be eligible to place an order in the Kuovi online shop. The Customer must accept these Terms and Conditions prior to placing the order in the online shop.
2. Placing an Order
The products are ordered in the Kuovi online shop by adding the desired product(s) in the cart and making the payment (see Payment Methods). We will not accept orders made by phone or email. A valid email address is a prerequisite for placing an order in the online shop.
The minimum order of fabrics is one (1) meter. For some fabrics, due to the design of the fabric, the minimum order is 1.5 or 3 meters. This is mentioned in fabric's details when applicable.
3. Delivery Time
Our normal delivery times are 3-5 business days for products in stock and 2-4 weeks for made-to-order fabrics and sewn products. Delivery times to orders outside of Finland are extended as described above in Shipping Options and Rates Abroad. Please inquire order specific delivery time from Kuovi’s customer service if necessary.
4. Payment Methods
Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is an authorized Payment Institution.

Paytrail Oyj (FI2122839) provides online payment services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit companies.
Paytrail online payment service supports MobilePay, Siirto, Pivo and Apple Pay mobile payments.
5. Return Policy and Refunds
Kuovi Ltd.’s return and exchange policy is summarized here. The Customer has the statutory return rights according to the Finnish Consumer Act when the purchase was made via distance selling (by telephone, mail order, online store or TV shopping), in which case the consumer is granted a 14-day cancellation right by law. The cancellation right does not apply to customized products. The cancellation right applies to damaged products or flawed shipment.
We will accept returns and exchanges for items that meet the return criteria. In such case we kindly ask the Customer to return the product(s) in question to the nearest postal office or SmartPOST parcel point. All returns and exchanges must include the Return Form. The Customer must hold on to the receipt of the returned parcel until Kuovi Ltd. has confirmed it has received the returned parcel.
The Return form includes filling instructions. An incomplete Return Form may cause delay or hinder handling of the return.
We will credit the full amount and pay the refund without any delay, latest in 14 days after the return has been received. Refund will be made to your bank or credit card account which you used in the purchase. We will send a return confirmation email once the return is complete.

6. Reclamations and Notifications
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If for some reason the product does not meet the requirements of the Customer, complaints and notifications of flaws must be made without delay to the Kuovi online shop's email info [at] kuovi.fi or by telephone +358 (0) 10 324 60 62.
7. Cancellation of Order or Any Part of it by Kuovi Ltd.
Kuovi Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the order made by the Customer should Kuovi Ltd. be unable to deliver the product in question due to reasons beyond its control. These reasons include e.g. technical issues in production, faults in service of subcontractors or force majeure cases such as fire and natural disasters.
8. Liabilities and Responsibilities
Kuovi Ltd. is not responsible for errors that may appear in the product descriptions or pictures on the website. Kuovi Ltd. aims to describe and photograph the products with great accuracy, however the actual colours may vary slightly from the pictures on the website due to e.g. differences in web browsers or display color settings.
Kuovi Ltd. is not responsible for delivery delays that are caused by reasons beyond its control such as war, flooding, fire, strike, labour dispute or lockout, uprising or agitation, vandalism, governmental or public action, or any other incident alike.
Kuovi Ltd. reserves the right to interrupt the services of the Kuovi online shop or parts of it for e.g. technical updates.
9. Other Terms
Kuovi Ltd. reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions and Prices without notice. Any such price changes will be applied instantly to this web site.
